No Ordinary Life is about the problems that children face when they become famous; but also about trying to keep a family together the best a single parent can. After Faye's husband left her and their three children, she had to face relatily and try to come up with a way to provide for her family. When her daughter is discovered on Youtube, she thinks things have taken a turn for the best! But is this the best thing that could happen to a child?

Starting this novel I was really worried for the characters, I know how hard it is for someone that means so much to you to just walk away. So I already had a protectiveness over this family. That feeling grew more when one of Faye's daughter's was spotted on Youtube. I wanted things to work out for this family in a way that wasn't going to tear them apart anymore than they already are. This novel made me cry, and cheer at times. I have loved every mintue of this book and would recommend to anyone.
